RawVent exists for one reason:
to give you a private place to unload thoughts you don’t want saved, shared, or seen.

This page explains — plainly — how that works.
No legal tricks. No vague language.

Who can read what you write?

Only you.

When you write a vent:

• It is encrypted immediately
• It is stored only for you
• No other users can see it
• There is no public feed
• There is no discovery
• There is no sharing

If you don’t export or copy it yourself, it never leaves your private space.

How long is a vent kept?

You decide.

When you submit a vent, you choose how long it exists:

• Delete now (it is never stored)
• 24 hours
• 7 days
• 30 days

When that time expires, the vent is automatically and permanently deleted.

There is:

• No recycle bin
• No restore
• No backups holding content

Deletion is final.

Is the content encrypted?

Yes.

All vents are encrypted:

• While being sent
• While stored in the database

Even if someone accessed the database directly, the content would be unreadable.

RawVent stores encrypted text only, not readable sentences.

Do you scan, monitor, or analyze vents?

No.

RawVent does not:

• Scan content
• Analyze sentiment
• Detect keywords
• Moderate text
• Flag entries
• Read vents manually

Nothing watches what you write.

What data does RawVent store?

RawVent stores only what is necessary to function:

• Your account ID
• Timestamps (created / delete time)
• Encrypted vent data (not readable text)

RawVent does not:

• Track reading behavior
• Build profiles
• Sell data
• Show ads
• Share vent content with third parties

What happens if my membership ends?

If your membership ends:

• You can no longer access the vent interface
• Existing vents continue to auto-delete on schedule
• No content is made public
• Nothing is reviewed or retained

Your vents are never used for leverage, retention, or marketing.

Is RawVent therapy?

No.

RawVent:

• Does not provide advice
• Does not diagnose
• Does not replace therapy
• Does not intervene or monitor

It is simply a private writing space.
